Future of Learning

The world we live in is changing and evolving at a rate of acceleration never seen before by mankind. It means that the way we live, learn and earn is not just going to keep shifting faster than ever before but even take abrupt turns and change our fundamental approach to how we live, learn and earn. This has an even bigger consequence for our school students who still have some more years to go before they join the workforce. It means that we need to educate them not for our today but for their tomorrow. However, most of the talk and work around future of learning has been around adding shiny features and repackaging education with the exact same core. This is a profound lack of creativity & imagination on us, educators’ part.

We need to look at the future from a completely new angle. We, at Kidovators, believe strongly that humans will be entrusted to work around non-process problem solving and managerial work will be the core of work for the future workforce in schools. Keeping this in mind, we have been working for the last 7+ years building programs that prepare young school-going minds on 21st century skills (4 C’s) to grow up to a future that they thrive in and that is our ultimate goal for future of learning.

Kidovators Learning Model

skill img

Through our extensive research work at Kidovators, we have created a unique, extremely comprehensive Kidovators 21st Century Learning Model on how to skill any human in complex problem solving. The model uses Bloom's Revised Taxonomy as the basis on which the learning model is based. In this model, the emphasis is laid on the fact that the 21st century core competencies (P21's 21st Century Skills Structure), better known as 4 C's, which include Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration & Communication, are the skills needed to master problem solving. Our learning model emphasizes that solving problems is a scientific and iterative process where through multiple iterations the most optimum solution to any problem presented can be achieved. This is the model on which all Kidovators learning programs are based.
